I am originally from a small town in Iowa and grew up on the Mississippi River. I spent the first part of my adult life working in professional theater and moving from place to place in pursuit of that art.
I hit bottom and got sober here, in Nashville, in 2003. I changed my profession to counseling and went back to school to become a therapist.
I have been working in the field of addictions and counseling for over 12 years as of this writing. I specialize in EMDR for most MH issues and have a passion for helping folks that are struggling.
My wife Andi and I have three cats: Ethyl, Coco, and Lucy.
